House Calls
Our “House Call” program is operated by Bluestone Physicians. Dr. Stivland and his team of professionals work together with our nursing staff to assure the best possible health care for our residents. On-site visits allow residents to feel comfortable and safe, decreasing barriers to care and eliminating the risk of travel. Active participants are always treated with respect, recognizing their individuality.Benefits for the resident:

Memory Care
At the Waterford Memory Care we provide a specialized community for individuals with Alzheimer’s Disease or other related dementias. We recognize that each individual has unique heath care needs as well as social, emotional, and spiritual needs. Our Occupational Therapist and Registered Nurse consult with each resident and their family to design an abilities-based assessment and extensive personal profile or “life-story” to develop an individual plan of care.Benefits for the resident:
